Our approach involves meticulous project planning, with tasks divided into milestones. Each project kicks off with a comprehensive discovery and analysis, culminating in the creation of a detailed scope of work document. This process ensures mutual understanding, minimizing the risk of project cancellations, reversals, or disputes.

Considering the dedicated time invested in achieving milestones and completing modules, refunds are not possible for work already accomplished. In cases of mutual project termination, the client retains control of all completed work, rendering any payment for further development void. Refunds will not be issued for prior payments or deposits. Once the client approves mockup designs and we transition into the development phase, no payment refunds are applicable.

Partial refunds are not provided for projects in progress during a milestone phase. Services offered by our marketing team on special occasions, being limited-time offers, are non-cancellable. While SEO and digital marketing packages are non-refundable, clients may cancel them with a 30-day written notice. Deposits or payments for projects abandoned or dormant for over 30 days are non-refundable. Our policy aims to maintain fairness and transparency in all client interactions.
